Returns & Exchanges
At HER+, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return quickly.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
